928 Water Street is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom house.  Washer and Dryer. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 2nd floor.  Each bedroom is furnished with a full size bed for the tenants use.  The bathrooms have been updated and remodeled for our tenants enjoyment. The first floor has 2 living rooms and a very large eat in kitchen.  The house is fully carpeted for the comfort of the tenants.  There is a large patio on the back of the house so you can enjoy the sunny days in the fall and spring.

The house is only 4 blocks away from campus so it is easy to get back and forth.  But if you need a car, you will need to get a parking permit from Indiana Borough.  The house is still close to Philadelphia Street and the restaurants and other businesses located there.  You will also be less than a block away from the 9th Street Deli.
